ChainBoss is a self-contained plastic chain stanchion — post, base and chain in one unit, sold in 2-packs and 6-packs so a run arrives complete rather than as parts to assemble.

Why a chain post rather than a belt post

Chain handles outdoor conditions better than a retractable belt. It does not mind rain, it does not jam with grit, and a damaged section is replaced by the length rather than by swapping a cassette. For car parks, yards, forecourts and temporary outdoor layouts that is the more durable answer.

Buying in packs

Count the run before choosing a pack size. A closed rectangle needs as many posts as corners plus any spans too long to bridge in one length; a straight run needs one more post than you have gaps. The 6-pack is the better value if you are close to needing it.
