Custom Printed Belts

Put your logo, wording or a QR code on the belt. We print belts for every retractable barrier and wall unit we sell, in two methods, on one or both sides.

The two printing methods

  • Screen printing — simple logos or text in a single colour. Very cost effective, and the gloss ink makes a logo pop.
  • Dye sublimation — complex or multi-coloured designs, photographs and scannable QR codes. The ink is infused into the fibres, so it never wears off.

What it costs

Printing is charged at cost — we add no markup to the print itself. Two things drive the price:

  • A one-time setup fee, per design, per order. It covers preparing your artwork for the press, and is charged once no matter how many belts you order. On our most common belts this is $75.00.
  • A per-belt print charge that falls sharply with quantity. A printed 11 ft belt runs about $28 each at 1–15 belts, and roughly a third of that at 51 or more.

Those figures are a guide. Each barrier brand we carry runs its own printing, so the setup fee and the per-belt rate vary a little by product — your quote will confirm both before you commit to anything.

Because of that quantity curve, ordering a handful is very different from ordering fifty. That is why printed belts are quoted rather than sold at a fixed price — a quote will nearly always beat the list figure once quantity is taken into account.

For one or two printed belts you can order directly instead: choose CUSTOM PRINTED as the belt colour on any product that offers it, and we will follow up for your artwork. The setup fee is added at that point.

Artwork we can use

  • Vector preferred — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. These scale to any belt length without going soft.
  • High-resolution raster — PNG, TIFF or JPG at 300 dpi at final print size. Fine for dye sublimation.
  • For screen printing the artwork must be one colour. If your logo is multi-colour we will either recommend dye sublimation, or quote a single-colour version.
  • Include your fonts, or convert text to outlines.
