Half-height retractable belt stanchions for guiding people without walling them off. A mini post marks a boundary at waist height or below, so sightlines stay open across a room — useful in museums and galleries where a full-height post would cut across an exhibit, and at counters, displays and reception desks where a standard stanchion simply gets in the way.
