Stanchion Accessories – Signs, Belts, Carts & More

Most of what goes wrong with a queue system is fixable without replacing the posts. A worn belt, a missing end clip or nowhere to put a form — these are the parts that keep an existing stanchion line working, and the add-ons that make the waiting time useful.

Replacement belt cassettes

A belt cassette is replaceable in the field, so a frayed or faded belt does not mean a new stanchion. It also means you can change belt colour or switch to a printed safety message without buying posts.

Two things have to match when you order:

• The model. QueuePro 250, QueuePro 300 and QueueMaster cassettes are not interchangeable.
• The belt width. Xtra models use a wider 3" belt — an Xtra cassette will not fit a standard post and vice versa.

If you are unsure which you have, check the model on the base or the mechanism cap before ordering.

Belt ends and receiver clips

Receiver clips let a belt terminate against a wall or a fixed point instead of another post, which is how you close a run without buying a stanchion you do not otherwise need.

Making the queue earn its keep

People standing in line are a captive audience, and the fittings here are the cheap way to use that:

• Literature holders in two and four pocket, and literature baskets that hang from a sign frame
• Writing tables for forms and card details at a counter or bank queue
• Umbrella bag frames and bags at entrances, which save a great deal of floor mopping
• Sanitizing stations and refill cartridges
• Smoking stands for outside a venue entrance
