QS Metal Finishes

Finish
A metal plating, applied to the stanchion using the electroplating process. Chrome is the finish most people are familiar with, but nickel, copper and brass can also be plated. Dyes can be added to the process creating a patina like finish to replicate aged or antique metals.

Color
Stanchions are colored using the powder coat process. Color is applied in powder form and then baked in a high temperature oven that makes the powder flow and form a skin on the stanchion that is tougher and more durable than paint. There are over 200 colors in the Queue Solutions range.

Belts can be custom printed upon request. Set-up fees and lead time may occur upon custom ordering. Custom printed Items can not be returned.
Variety of preprinted belt also available in stock. Messages printed on both sides of the belt.

Custom printing is dye sublimation, in any number of colors, on one or both sides of the belt. The printing itself is passed through at our cost and is already included in the price you see when you select CUSTOM PRINTED - CALL FOR A QUOTE! from the belt color list.

There is also a one-time setup fee of $75.00 per design, charged once on every order regardless of how many belts you buy. That fee is not included in the listed price and will be added to your quote.

Per-belt printing costs drop significantly at volume, so if you need more than a handful of belts please contact us for a quote rather than ordering online - we can usually do better than the listed price. Lead time starts from your approval of the printing proof.
