Expanding barricades concertina out to length and fold flat for storage. Where fixed 8 ft sections give you a barrier in fixed increments, these fill whatever gap you actually have — and take a fraction of the storage space when the event is over.

The trade against fixed sections

Expanding units are quicker to deploy, adapt to irregular gaps and store far more compactly. Fixed steel sections are more rigid and better suited to a genuine crowd load. If the barrier is holding back a pressing crowd, use fixed CrowdMaster sections; if it is defining a boundary that changes shape between events, expand.

The models

  • FlexMaster 75 and 110 — the lighter range
  • FlexPro 110 — available in steel or steel-aluminium
  • FlexPro 160 — the longest expanded span

The number indicates the expanded length class, so size by the gap you need to close rather than by the folded footprint.

Steel or steel-aluminium?

FlexPro 110 comes both ways. Steel is harder wearing and cheaper; steel-aluminium is noticeably lighter, which is what matters if one person carries and sets several units at every event.
