Replacement Parts for Queue Solutions Products

A stanchion almost never fails as a whole. The belt frays, an end clip goes missing, or someone walks off with a post top — and the base and column are still perfectly good. These are the parts that keep an existing Queue Solutions system in service.

Belt cassettes

The cassette is the whole mechanism, and it is replaceable in the field. That makes it the fix for a worn or faded belt, and also the cheapest way to change belt colour or add a printed safety message without buying posts.

Order by model and belt width — both have to match:

• QueuePro 250, QueuePro 300 and QueueMaster cassettes are not interchangeable
• Xtra models take a wider 3" belt and need an Xtra cassette
• WallMaster cassettes are specific to the wall unit and will not fit a floor post

The model is marked on the base or the mechanism cap. Check it before ordering rather than after.

Belt ends

The belt end is the part that takes the abuse, and several types exist for different jobs:

• Receiver clip — terminates a belt against a wall or fixed point instead of another post
• Suction cup — attaches to glass, useful at shopfronts and lift lobbies
• Panic breakaway — releases under load, for runs crossing an escape route

Panic breakaway ends are worth specifying wherever a barrier line could obstruct egress. Check what your fire officer expects before the layout is fixed.
